up a pound :/

ok so weighed myself this morning and im up to 181.6 i guess thats not to bad since ive been eating "regular meals" this weekend.
i also started a new weight loss pill that im hopin will give me that extra boost i need :) NV Weight loss pill :) Ive heared good stuff about it and im hopin its true. im not looking for a weight loss miracle pill bc 9 out of 10 its not gonna work and if it does work then you"ll just add it back on so thats really what im not lookin for. I am working out and eating healthy but i also need energy to do the workouts and stuff. so this is my weight loss blog for today. Will be back maybe tomorrow for a update on the weight :)

  1. I really wish you would try protein instead of diet pills... Read my blog this is how I found my energy. You are too young to start thr diet pill thing... My mom dieted her self into having to have weight loss surgery. This is not easy. I can help you find yummy protein that you like and you don't have to starve. You can eat anything you want in moderation. Even have those crazy cheat days! LOL I'm teaching a trainer at the gym about protein. I mean you would think a trainer would know this! But you need 70 grams of protein a day... Well there is no way you can eat all this... So how do you get it? I start out my day drinking a protein skake with my breakfast. Slimfast is not real protein. It only has 10 grams of protein. To get what you really need to start out your day you would need to drink 2 and a half slim fast. But what you want to do is drink something like pure protein. You can get this at Target I like the Chocolate frost the best. Don't use this as a meal replacement. Go ahead and eat when you want to eat. actually you want to make yourself eat small meals about 300 to 400 calories protein/salad something light each time 2 even up to 3 protein shakes...
