Well this morning woke up and checked the weight like usual. and it is 278.2 so i think its a little down from yesterdays weight :) Yesterday i ate a grapefruit and a can of Beef Ravoiloi, i was really cravin it so i gave in :) Not proud but id rather eat it now then when i quit my dieting i'll crave it and indulge it and eat way to much. also drunk 40 oz of water.
So far today (3-10-2012) i have ate a ham sandwich: wheat bread and a little bit of Mayonnaise. and have drunk nothing yet.
So cant wait to see what tomorrow says :) I am SOOOO enjoyin this weight loss thing. Which i really didnt think i would. But the sad thing is yesterday i ran out of grapefruits :( So gotta get more:) Later peoples.
