This morning i had nothing just a scoop of my frozen mango smoothie :)
Lunch i had a parfait from mcdonalds and 2 chicken soft tacos.
Dinner was 2 smoothies- yes im bad i know i cheated but ahh they're so good And healthy:) It was the frozen mango. and the other one was a homemade strawberry banana smoothie:) But im really SIKED about tonights weight:)
