Im back up to 268 :( Ate pizza and ice cream for my cheat day and i think that was a big mistake :/ oh well i'll loose it sometime this week again :)
Ive also started my workouts back again last night :) It felt SOOOO good to workout again. i loved it kinda felt weird because when we had to do the abdominal crunches standing up when i stood on my left leg i kept feelin a poppin on the inside of my heel, it didnt hurt it just felt funny.
