ADVOCARE !

Ok so i  havent updated on my weight lost since 2012 i believe. and well the truth is, is that i gained all 20 lbs back :/ i am at my heavest at 289 :/ and i been following this womans weight loss on my facebook page and she is taking advocare.
I ordered the herbal cleanse 2 days ago and its suppost to be here TOMORROW ! on my birthday. how exciting is that?!
And i ordered their 'energy drink' SPARK.
Spark is not a energy drink at all thou. It is a drink that you take in the morning and it does give you a burst of energy that lasts ALL day long, but it also has minerals and your daily vitamins in it that you need to concentrate and all that good stuff.
This stuff is so great that you can take it WHILE PREGNANT ! how great is that?? but i did not do the distributor one yet because i want to make sure this works FOR ME. as yal know from my previous blogs is that zija did not work for me. i'm sad about it because i mean thats 200 down the hole that i wasted, the cleanse that they have hurt my stomach sooooo bad that i literally cried every time i took it which was like every other day for a month. It did not get better.
And with Advocares herbal cleanse it is suppost to be the gentlest cleanse, which i am really excited about.
So with in the next 2-3 weeks i will be becoming a distributor for Advocare. but like i said i have to make sure that this works for me, nothing has worked for me so far so i'm crossing my fingers on this one!
