- The first day i mostly ate out had a bigmac, ate a frosty from wendys and had a tea. also had a can of beef ravioli and a can of chicken noodlesoup. So i most deffniately thought i had enough fat, calories:)
- the second day i didnt do as much because i honestly felt like i was gonna get sick the first night so i just ate 2 can of chicken noodlesoup a peanut butter sadwich and the white mac and cheese with tuna and a spoonful of mayonnaise. and had as much koolaid and tea as i could handle:)
- Today i start my PHASE 2 day 1 of HCG:) Its where its nothing but 500or less calories. and drinkin nothing but water:)
