Ok so that is my picture of what i ate today for phase 2 day 1 :) I struggled at about noon bc i felt weak because of staying outside in the sun all morning (But i got tanned) so had to eat a tomato (thats the lunch) and i felt fine also drunk a bottle of water:) I weighed myself earlier and i weighed .2 lbs then i did this morning:)
Im thinkin that everyday is gonna be like this while im on this diet and then some cheats here and there. Im also gonna start taking a multi vitamin to get good on my vitamins and stuff since i am only intaking 500 or less calories. Will weigh myself and measure myself in the morning to see if anything has changed:) I really am SOOO excited about loosing this weight!
