8 lbs gone !

Thats right you read that right! As of right now i am 290.6 just .6 lbs until im back in the 280s. Im so excited. this week has been wonderful. little bathroom problem and slight cravings but nothing to extreme. Cant wait to see what the next few weeks brings to me.
